This was the first time I replaced the blades in about two years and it has made such a huge difference in the quality of shave. Remember, electrical razors need care too. At least one a week, remove the head and soak it in rubbing alcohol to disinfect it and to remove any stubborn stuck hairs, and soak the device itself in warm water for a few minutes.
