Product Description
Your face contains a unique combination of angles, curves, and contours. With three independent flexing foils, the Remington F7-7800XCDN Men's Interceptor Foil Shaver gives your one-of-a-kind face a close, comfortable shave. The interceptor shaving technology is designed for the closest shave on the market - using a 3 stage interceptor cutting system. Pivot and flex technology adds to the clean shave by pivoting freely while flexing foils adjust to the contours of your face. Aside from these technological advances in shaving - this model is equipped with stainless steel blades, a pop-up trimmer for detailing and is washable for easy clean. Also included is a charging stat that provides a 5-minute quick charge - runtime is easy to read thanks to the digital battery gauge.

Good For Sensitive Skin
By Inna Tysoe TOP 500 REVIEWERVINE VOICE August 14, 2014
By Inna Tysoe TOP 500 REVIEWERVINE VOICE on August 14, 2014 Color: Small Base Vine Customer Review of Free Product ( What's this? ) The Remington F7 is a fairly straightforward shaver with twin foil cylinder type blades. It has only the one on/off button as well as a latch that, when released, flips out a simple stubble trimmer. The cap with the two foils can be pulled off to reveal the cylindrical blades which will have to be cleaned from time to time with the small double headed brush that’s provided for this purpose. Seperately in the box is a guard to protect the foils when not in use. This particular model has a small digital readout that blinks at you. The manual talks about five different models and recommends charging for a straight 24 hours before use. The digital read-out was a little confusing at first. It’s an orange/amber color and kept displaying 60 no matter how long I left it charging. I had assumed it would go higher or change color to green, or have some kind of indicator to tell you when it was full. And then I realized that 60 means there is 60 minutes of running time left. When my husband started using it, it dropped to 57 after three minutes. My husband has sensitive skin and so occasionally he will go three to five days without shaving as most shavers irritate his skin. Of course this means he also grows a somewhat coarse stubble. He actually made sure he had the “right kind” of stubble this time since I told him he had a new shaver. He has been using a Phillips stubble trimmer and three head shacer with trimmer, foil and twin rotary heads. And sometimes uses them all. He was expecting to not like this razor. Anyway, he was pleasantly surprised. It is quite large and probably not for small hands. The head pivots nicely to conform to his face as he used it. And it worked very well on most areas, even on his 1/8 inch stubble.Read more › Comment 7 people found this helpful. Was this review helpful to you?

For me this shaver shaves closer than the best multi-blade wet shavers available with ease
By Allan P. April 23, 2015
By Allan P. on April 23, 2015 Color: Small Base Bought this after reading all the reviews. This is what I have found. Past electric shavers I have owned have not been very effective on my tough thick stubble and head hair so I have had to put up with wet shaving, which I detest. This shaver takes care of both with ease and makes my head feel completely bald even if you run your hand against the growth. For me this shaver shaves closer than the best multi-blade wet shavers available with ease. I no longer have any shaving irritation I got from wet shaving.I am very thankful I bought this shaver it has proved reliable over time, even battery charge indicator is accurate and the pop up trimmer is fantastic. Absolutely. the best electric shaver I have ever bought, I wont be going back to wet shaving ever. If you are considering the Braun 7 series look at this as well, I think it is a much better performer. Comment 2 people found this helpful. Was this review helpful to you?

Does a Good Job for a Foil Shaver
By Kindle Customer September 15, 2014
By Kindle Customer on September 15, 2014 Color: Small Base Vine Customer Review of Free Product ( What's this? ) I have worn a beard since I was 19 years old. That has been several decades at this point. For me, shavers need to be powerful, comfortable and precise in the way they cut facial hair. The Remington F7-7800XCDN Men's Interceptor Foil Shaver is a perfectly serviceable beard cutter. It doesn't allow the maneuverability and detailing possible with a rotary shaver, but it mows the lawn quite well. . As foil shavers go, this one has a nice ergonomic design that fits well in my hand. A-lot of foil shavers tend to be short squat "bricks" that don't fit well in the hand and require a contortionist's flexibility to hold your head in the proper position to get to the beard. It is fairly light weight and well balanced. The F7-7800XCDN is fairly loud for an electric shaver but the vibration in the hand and on the face is perfectly acceptable. When it comes to comfort, the shaver doesn't pull and tear at the whiskers any worse than the other shavers I've used. When drawing the shaver across the face it doesn't tend to snag whiskers in the way some razors do. With some shavers I've had, the blades tended to draw the skin into the cutting head to the point that it actually irritated the skin. There were times I ended up with large angry red patches on my neck. This shaver takes it reasonably easy and doesn't produce that problem. The F7-7800XCDN produces a shave that is as close as any shaver I've used to this point. In my experience NO electric shaver ever produces a truly close shave and I've used at least a dozen over the years, both rotary and foil. This one does a good job. It takes away the shaft completely above the skin. The stubble left at skin level are very short and not visible.Read more › Comment One person found this helpful. Was this review helpful to you?
