By Tim M on May 10, 2016 Came over to Braun from Norelco, when I went to order new heads for my Sense3D and my model 1064 Arctec and found they are no longer available. After reading the reviews for the only "available' Norelco shaving head that would fit my existing Norelco models , I was not impressed with reviews of the product (HQ 12+) to say the least. I have vowed not to support companies that change and do not support their customers. This leads to my new Braun Series 7 740 -7 Razor and switching over to a foil razor from a rotary. I have found this razor to be excellent. The unit has a sensitivity feature that allows the intensity of shaving head to be adjusted and that feature is excellent. Provides a great smooth shave. No irritation with the reduction of intensity. This unit can handle a thick tough beard with no discomfort. Only con so far is that is not very quiet compared to other razors I have owned but that is a minor con. Norelco has lost a 2 decade plus loyal customer.
