This shaver works great. I get a close and comfortable shave, and it rivals a regular (manual) blade, when I use it as described in the instructions, which is when used wet with cream. That's right - a cordless electric shaver is best used wet. Nobody thought I used an electric when I was done. I didn't get any discomfort from using it, either. I couldn't recommend this shaver more highly! It runs a long time on a charge, and because it's powered by a lithium battery, I don't have to worry about discharging before I recharge it, either, so I can recharge it before a trip or anytime I want.

Love this razor! I've had older Norelco, Remington, you name it, but this one gives the best, closest shave of them all. The fact that I can rinse it off is really a bonus too. I can go over two weeks of use without recharging, so it is a great travel razor, too.

I bought this unit in April 1915- I charged it up, and I have not had to charge it again since I got it, and I shave about three-four time a week. (I am retired).The battery seems like it will never run down-so far. It gives me a good shave and I like the fact that I can just run it u8nder the water to clean it out. Good job Norelco!

I'm recently retired and have no longer need to shave with my blade six mornings a week. Hallelujah! However, on those days when I have not shaved I sometimes find I'm a bit too scruffy to go out in the evening so I took a chance on this Norelco for quick touch-ups. I am very pleased. It shaves closer than the old electrics I tried years ago and is quite comfortable. Can't imagine why anyone would spend more. I'm sure you'd be happy with this product.
