I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised by this device. I had been in the market for something a little better than what I had on the beard trimmer market for quite some time. Essentially all I wanted it for was for the main razor head, the precision detailer, and the beard comb. The price point was such a minor difference that I went ahead and went with this one that had all the fancy attachments and I am sure glad I did. I have used everything except the nose hair trimmer up to this point and am very impressed. MOTOR The motor is a little quieter than my previous trimmer. I haven't noticed any lack of power when trying to cut hair so I'm assuming it is just a quieter design rather than a less powerful motor. You can also really hear the difference in the motor between heads, with the motor moving much faster/louder on the precision detailer than the main comb, etc. It only makes sense, but it would give me more confidence if the motor were powerful enough that you couldn't hear it struggling to move the largest attachment. MAIN TRIMMER The main trimmer is very functional. Most of the time when I am using this it is combined with the beard trimmer guide comb. Setting the beard trimmer comb to the desired length can be very difficult. Once you apply enough pressure to move it instead of moving one step you are liable to move it 3 or 4. It takes some wiggling back and forth to get it set where you want it. One other negative thing is there is some wiggle in the guide comb when you apply pressure and depending which angle I'm trimming sometimes my finger is on the guard holding it in place and sometimes it isn't. This could lead to some minor unevenness, I just am careful to either keep my finger on or off the trimmer comb the entire time.Read more ›

An excellent trimmer for beards and for a quick hair trim!

I was looking for a trimmer that would complement the limited trim capabilities of a Norelco SensoTouch 3D electric razor. I was pleasantly surprised. This trimmer provides excellent beard, side-burn, and hair trim capabilities. In addition, the trim combs provide measured-length hair trims, in addition to their advertised beard trim functionality. Battery charge does last the advertised 50+ minutes. Heads can be changed easily, with their twist-on head mounting. The circular-cut nasal hair trimmer works well. Overall, this trim system exceeded my expectations in every way. Five stars for this product.

Amazing trimmer if you have long leg hair!

Highly recommended for all cyclists!!!! and other athletes who may need to shave their legs. I am an avid cyclists and shave my legs regularly. After 3 months of not cycling due to injury, snows, and holiday seasons, my legs hair grew considerably. I shaved my calf area with a regular razor as usual, but long hair made it difficult and time consuming. It took me over 20 min to shave and clean up. I was tired and decided to find an alternative. This multigroom is absolutely life saving. I trimmed my hair on thigh area in less than 30 sec!!! (See attached photos) Some people complained about its battery life, but I don't see that. Leg, chest and pubic hair trimming took less than 5 min, I don't see why you need this on for an hour. Only thing I am not satisfied is the built quality. It is made of plastic and when you hold it feels cheap. But it is waterproof and didn't break after few uses. Just don't drop it... Now my legs hairs are very short, I use a regular razor in the shower, but if you have longer hair get this. Also you can you this too trim your sideburns etc which is a plus

Great groomer, will take care of you from head to toe. But only comes in cheap, flimsy organizer. Lack of a case caused me to give it 4 stars instead of 5. There are 8 attachments/tools which is a lot to keep secure and organized. Norelco should make a case, like the one I improvised, for it. I bought an inexpensive foamlined plastic pistol case with 2 latches for only $9.99 at Sportsman's Warehouse. After removing the foam from the bottom half of the case, and trimming the base of the organizer by a half inch of so with ordinary scissors, the organizer fit snugly inside. With the top closed, everything (including the charge cord) is held tightly in place. You could play catch with it and none of the pieces would budge! A couple of the organizer's deeper compartments needed to have the bottom snipped out to allow the top to close without too much muscle. If I could figure this out, so could Norelco b
